Position: On-Trade Trainer for Stella Artois
Elevate the Stellar Artois experience as an On-Trade Brand Trainer based in Atlanta, GA. This role emphasizes training, venue support, and enhancing service standards across bars and restaurants.

As a Perfect Serve Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that venues deliver the iconic Stella Artois Perfect Serve. You will engage hospitality teams, conduct training sessions, and implement service standards that drive guest satisfaction and commercial success. Your relationships with venue managers will be key to supporting initiatives that enhance both brand visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions in hospitality venues

• Embed Perfect Serve standards across assigned locations

• Build strong relationships with venue managers and teams

• Conduct draught quality audits and service evaluations

• Complete performance tracking and reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in on-premise or hospitality sectors

• Knowledge of beer, draught systems, and service standards

• Ability to work independently and manage travel
