As the Manager on Duty, you will report to the General Manager and oversee closing shifts at our Vancouver spa on Granville Island. The role requires a proactive individual skilled in customer service and team management, emphasizing operational excellence. Your contributions to the workplace culture and team development will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee closing shifts and daily operational procedures

• Monitor spa systems during guest sessions for optimal experience

• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism

• Support onboarding and training of new team members
