Drive brand excellence for Stella Artois within bars and restaurants as an On-Trade Brand Trainer. Engage hospitality professionals with impactful training while promoting Perfect Serve standards.
In this full-time role, you'll deliver essential training sessions covering bars, pubs, and hotels. Your background in sales, combined with industry experience in hospitality, will empower you to build relationships and support sales initiatives effectively. Expect to conduct audits, performance reviews, and coach teams to enhance service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training sessions in diverse hospitality venues
• Embed Perfect Serve standards across On-Trade locations
• Build relationships with venue managers and teams
• Conduct draught quality audits and service evaluations
• Support sales and promotional activations
Requirements:
• Sales experience in On-Premise settings
• Knowledge of draught systems and beer standards
• Excellent coaching and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and territory management skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
