We're looking for an individual who can develop policies, conduct performance reviews, and negotiate supply agreements. This role will also involve budgeting and implementing marketing plans while addressing customer concerns directly at our physical location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and enforce daily operational procedures
• Conduct thorough performance reviews for staff
• Negotiate supplier agreements effectively
• Monitor finances through budget preparation
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality
• Proficient in MS Office and technology tools
• Excellent client relationship skills required
• Role requires on-site presence only
• All candidates must have legal eligibility to work in Canada
