In this key supervisory position, you will oversee guest service operations across multiple locations including Lake Louise and Jasper. You’ll lead a dynamic team of up to 40 individuals, coaching and supporting them to provide exceptional guest interactions that align with Pursuit's values and standards. Collaboration with cross-functional leaders is essential to ensure seamless operations and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach the Guest Experience team daily
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations efficiently
• Foster a positive and high-performing culture
• Ensure adherence to service and safety standards
• Resolve guest service concerns effectively
Requirements:
• Proven hospitality experience in guest services
• Strong team leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Hands-on experience with budget and scheduling management
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations
