Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
• Handle luggage transportation and delivery
• Support guests in the lobby area
• Manage traffic and coordinate parking
• Uphold the Fairmont brand service standards
Requirements:
• Previous experience in guest service roles
• Clean Class 5 Alberta Driver's license needed
• Knowledge of Jasper’s attractions is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capacity to work well under pressure
