• Oversee daily cafe operations in the absence of the Assistant Manager

• Train newly hired Front of House staff effectively

• Handle guest inquiries and promote the company's image

• Complete incident and daily activity reports as required

• Maintain accurate financial records and balance petty cash

Requirements:

• Serving It Right certification

• Strong customer service orientation
