Support a premium hotel environment as Housekeeping Support Staff. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and providing timely assistance in guest areas.
As a key member of the team reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you'll ensure that all public and back of house areas are impeccably clean. Responsibilities include handling guest amenities, maintaining supplies, and monitoring all cleaning tasks. Your ability to work quickly and effectively will play a crucial role in our guests' overall comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain all public and back of house areas
• Deliver and restock items in guest rooms and common areas
• Dust, polish, and clean furniture and surfaces
• Check that all electrical items are functioning
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality cleaning
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced setting
• Strong focus on cleanliness and detail
• Willingness to work long hours on foot
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene best practices
