The HR Generalist will be in-charge of overseeing the human resource requirements of a well-established healthcare organization in the lower mainland. The main responsibilities will be Employee Relations, Recruitment & Retention as well as Training and Development for unionized employees. The position will report to the HR Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years HR Generalist experience, a strong leadership potential and a desire to grow with the management team of this healthcare facility.
