Recruiter; Bilingual: French & English

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and fully bilingual Recruiter (English & French) to support end-to-end recruitment activities for international talent placement in Canada. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken English and French and will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and matching qualified international candidates with Canadian employers.

This role requires strong communication skills in both languages, as you will engage with French-speaking candidates and potentially French-speaking employers. You will provide continuous support to candidates and clients throughout the hiring and relocation process, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments in both English and French
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking and English-speaking candidates and employers
• Match international talent with Canadian employers based on skill set, experience, and employer requirements
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and categorize candidates based on skills, industry, and job readiness
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing guidance on employer expectations, interview techniques, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers and follow up on feedback
• Provide end-to-end candidate support, from initial screening through job placement and relocation to Canada
• Assist candidates with documentation guidance, onboarding support, and transition requirements (as applicable)
• Develop a clear understanding of employer needs, job roles, and workforce expectations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in ATS or CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices, Canadian labor market trends, and immigration processes (as relevant)
• Perform other recruitment and staffing-related duties as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within a staffing or international recruitment environment
• Experience working with international candidates or global hiring processes is an asset
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required
• Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills
• Ability to assess candidate skills and align them with employer expectations
• Excellent bilingual communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong documentation practices
• Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in ATS, CRM systems, and MS Office tools
