This strategic role involves providing comprehensive HR support to Aggregate and Construction Materials sectors in British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest. You’ll engage in talents management initiatives including coaching, succession planning, and performance cycles, utilizing your 7–10 years of experience in HR. Your efforts will be crucial in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies for operational success
• Advise management on talent and organizational effectiveness
• Oversee onboarding and performance management cycles
• Manage employee relations and legal compliance
• Coordinate compensation and benefits evaluations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience needed
• HR Certification (CPHR or equivalent) preferred
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Success Factors tools
• Familiarity with union practices is a plus
