Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle payroll processing for employees

• Ensure adherence to Ontario payroll legislation

• Manage benefit deductions and employee record accuracy

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding efforts

• Support training programs and performance management

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of payroll and HR experience

• Knowledge of UKG and ADP systems

• Understanding of Ontario employment laws

• PCP designation preferred or in progress

• Strong organizational and communication skills
