In this full-time role located in Surrey, BC, you will be instrumental in the execution and optimization of Westland's total rewards programs. Your experience in benefits administration will support strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and compliance with various regulations. This position emphasizes proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Canadian and U.S. benefits programs accurately
• Support employees through onboarding and life changes
• Collaborate with vendors and Payroll for compliance
• Manage wellness initiatives and process optimizations
• Ensure accurate reporting and risk management
Requirements:
• 5+ years in benefits administration or HR
• Knowledgeable in compliance protocols and multi-provincial programs
• Excellent Excel skills and HRIS familiarity
• Professional, empathetic interaction with employees
• CPHR or CEBS certification is an asset
