You'll be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and performance management and will collaborate with various teams to address organizational needs. Your insights and actions will be fundamental to creating a productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for HR objectives

• Lead recruiting and staffing activities effectively

• Manage the full performance cycle for employees

• Serve as a key advisor on employee relations

• Provide HR metrics and performance analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field

• 7–10 years of relevant HR experience

• HR Certification (CPHR preferred)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HR systems

• Proven communication and negotiation skills
