Expected Compensation:
The hiring range for this role is $50,000 - $62,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
Create, format, and publish job postings across platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Prepare and manage employment agreements and offer letters, track offer status, and follow up on outstanding agreements
Manage the careers inbox, responding to candidate inquiries and ensuring a timely, professional candidate experience
Generate recruitment reports, maintain accurate data in Dayforce, and support KPIs and analytics
Act as a subject matter resource for Dayforce recruitment processes, identifying and implementing workflow and system improvements while maintaining data integrity
Support TA projects, recruitment events, and continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining templates, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, HR operations, or recruitment support with exposure to HRIS/ATS systems (Dayforce preferred)
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and pay transparency requirements is an asset
Comfort using AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support recruitment processes
