This role offers a 14-month contract tailored for experienced recruiters. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR on talent goals
• Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
• Educate stakeholders on recruitment policies
• Attract and assess candidates efficiently
• Evaluate labor market conditions and provide insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in corporate talent acquisition
• 2+ years in Manufacturing Operations recruiting
• Knowledge of B.C. HR best practices
• Excellent communication and organization skills
Utilize your expertise in talent acquisition to support IEM’s innovative electrical distribution projects.
