IEM seeks a skilled Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner for a 14-month contract, following a hybrid work model with two office days per week. In this role, you will consult with hiring managers, develop comprehensive talent strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process, positioning IEM as the employer of choice within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders
• Execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to business needs
• Educate and influence hiring best practices
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Assess and engage talent to foster positive hiring experiences
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in corporate talent acquisition
• 2+ years specializing in Manufacturing Operations
• Familiarity with B.C. labor laws
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
