Ensure accurate payroll processes at Optima Living in a full-time position. As a Payroll Coordinator, efficiently manage payroll systems and support employee satisfaction.
Optima Living is looking for a Payroll Coordinator for a 6-month full-time temporary role with possible extension. The ideal candidate will have full cycle payroll experience, preferably in a unionized setting. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee data files, managing compliance, and addressing payroll inquiries promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee data files and update accurately
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
• Manage bi-weekly payroll to guarantee timely payments
• Track and resolve payroll inquiries from employees
• Prepare and issue Records of Employment within deadlines
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of full cycle payroll experience
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation or in progress
• Experience with Dayforce and payroll implementation
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
