As a strategic recruitment specialist, you will develop sourcing plans and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
Your role includes not only interacting with candidates but also actively building a robust talent pool to drive Randstad Sourceright's growth. You'll leverage your bilingual skills to connect with diverse candidates and fulfill hiring needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sourcing plans using job sites and social media
• Create recruitment emails and coordinate with hiring teams
• Utilize Boolean search techniques for candidate profiles
• Maintain ATS and track conversion rates
• Conduct proactive market and competitor research
Requirements:
• 5 years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to changing client priorities
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
