Key Responsibilities:
• Manage candidate sourcing to placement life cycle
• Achieve monthly targets for submissions and placements
• Conduct research to refine candidate sourcing strategies
• Utilize ATS for job postings and candidate management
• Engage and inform candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
• 2+ years of recruitment or sales experience
• Proficiency with AI recruitment tools and ATS
• Ability to develop relationships with candidates
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure
