You will support both unionized and exempt positions, bringing creativity and attention to detail in your hiring strategies.

• Develop recruitment plans with business areas for various roles
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, including evaluations and offers
• Coordinate job postings and keep partners informed
• Attract talent via job fairs, social media, and events
• Facilitate candidate interviews, ensuring a professional experience

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
• Understanding of employment legislation in union environments
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
