This part-time role, based in the Surrey office, combines remote and in-person services for economic integration of clients. You will support clients with career development, job search strategies, and linking to community resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit clients by connecting with community services and agencies

• Conduct client interviews, assess eligibility, and prepare case histories

• Provide individual employment counselling and support through job searches

• Develop marketing materials and manage case files

• Facilitate employment workshops and connect clients to resources

Requirements:

• One year of experience in human resources or career development

• Diploma in Human Resources or related field

• Proficiency in English and Punjabi (written and verbal)

• Knowledge of Canadian labor market trends and employment legislation

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse client groups
