In this full-time role within the Human Resources Division, you will manage both occupational and non-occupational injury cases, focusing on accommodation and wellness strategies. Your ability to balance organizational needs with compliance will be essential as you support employees' recovery and reintegration into the workplace. This on-site position requires collaboration across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex injury management and disability claims
• Recommend reasonable accommodations for employees
• Develop and implement return-to-work plans
• Review and manage WorkSafeBC claims processes
• Analyze incidents for preventive actions
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in health or related disciplines
• At least five years’ experience in disability management
• Professional certification preferred
• Additional relevant coursework beneficial
• Secure police clearance is mandatory for this role
