Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing as a Payroll Coordinator utilizing Dayforce. This role manages payroll systems, addresses inquiries, and prepares detailed reports, solidifying employee trust in payroll accuracy.
The Payroll Coordinator position is a temporary role with full-time hours and possible extension into a permanent position. You will maintain employee data, ensure compliance with laws, and manage bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees. This crucial position supports employee satisfaction and organizational integrity through diligent payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee data files, ensuring all updates are accurate
• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring timely payments
• Conduct audits for current and accurate payroll records
• Address employee payroll inquiries and issues
• Prepare and issue Records of Employment within required time frames
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of full cycle payroll experience, ideally unionized
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation or pursuing it
• Proficiency in Dayforce and payroll implementation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
