Join Optima Living as a Payroll Coordinator, ensuring accurate payroll processing using Dayforce. This full-time, temporary position focuses on compliance and employee satisfaction.
In this critical role, you'll manage payroll systems, maintain employee data, and address payroll inquiries. As a Payroll Coordinator, your ability to handle audits and ensure timely payments will directly impact our employees’ experience. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Finance and HR teams to resolve issues while maintaining the confidentiality of payroll information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate employee data files and updates
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
• Perform payroll audits to guarantee accuracy
• Manage bi-weekly payroll and timely payments
• Prepare Records of Employment (ROE) as needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of payroll experience, ideally in a union environment
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation or pursuing it
• Proficiency in Dayforce payroll software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
