In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in processing payroll and maintaining employee records. With at least two years of full-cycle payroll experience, you will calculate wages, prepare payroll reconciliations, and respond to employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excels in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately for salaried and hourly employees
• Maintain and verify employee payroll records
• Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions
• Prepare payroll reconciliations for reporting
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
