In this key role, you will assist immigrants by conducting thorough assessments, providing career counselling, and linking them with employment services. Your proficiency in job development and knowledge of community resources will empower clients and enhance their job search experiences significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with community services and agencies
• Offer individual counselling sessions and career advice
• Evaluate clients’ employment readiness and barriers
• Create and promote employment workshops
• Prepare and manage client case files and reports
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources or relevant field
• One year of specific employment experience
• Strong understanding of job-seeker needs
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
