Become the Payroll Administrator for a reputable firm in Surrey, BC. This hybrid role involves processing payroll for 3,000 employees across Canada, leveraging a sophisticated payroll system.
SWIM is seeking a Payroll Administrator to handle a substantial payroll for a well-established, values-based Canadian company. You will be working within a friendly payroll team and reporting to a supportive Payroll Manager. A contract role with potential for permanent employment, you'll use excellent Excel skills and automated systems for payroll cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for 3,000 employees across Canada
• Utilize sophisticated payroll software for efficiency
• Conduct payroll analysis and reporting using Excel
• Collaborate actively with Payroll team members
• Adapt to multi-provincial payroll requirements
Requirements:
• Experience with payroll of at least 400 employees
• PCP certification preferred or actively pursuing
• Proficiency in Excel for payroll tasks
• Knowledge of salary and hourly payroll systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
