Insight Global is looking for two Payroll Administrators to contribute to its growing team. These roles will support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple provinces, responding to inquiries while maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidates will thrive in a service-oriented setting, relying on their attention to detail and payroll management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee payroll processing for over 500 employees
• Ensure timely payroll runs and address inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality while managing payroll data
• Collaborate with HR and finance for issue resolution
• Guarantee data accuracy through diligence
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Proficiency in Dayforce or Advanced Excel
• Solid understanding of payroll best practices
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
