Become a Payroll Coordinator with Optima Living, ensuring accurate payroll processing using Dayforce. This role is essential in maintaining compliance and employee satisfaction while managing payroll inquiries.
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will oversee payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments within a temporary full-time position. With responsibilities including data maintenance, audits, and collaboration with Finance and HR, your expertise will enhance employee experiences. This role also provides the potential for extension or a transition to permanent status.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate employee data files and updates
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations
• Perform audits to keep payroll records current
• Manage bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff
• Prepare Records of Employment within legislated time frames
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of full cycle payroll experience required
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation preferred
• Proficiency in Dayforce and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive payroll information discreetly
