In this impactful role, you'll develop and implement engagement strategies that bolster workplace culture. Responsibilities include managing recognition initiatives, planning key events, and coordinating onboarding for new staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead employee recognition programs and initiatives
• Plan and manage key organizational events yearly
• Conduct employee engagement surveys for actionable insights
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Implement wellness strategies to promote a healthy workplace
Requirements:
• DEC or Certificate in HR Management or equivalent
• Minimum three years of relevant experience required
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Effective communicator with diverse groups
• Ability to analyze engagement feedback for improvement
