In this pivotal role, you will oversee undergraduate recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals and enhance the student lifecycle experience. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering relationships with stakeholders and implementing initiatives that boost both domestic and international student conversion. Daily management of the Surrey Campus Recruitment team, along with admissions and academic advising services, is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment plans to meet enrollment targets
• Manage Surrey Campus Recruitment and Academic Advising team
• Implement strategies for student attraction and transition
• Foster community relationships for effective recruitment
• Ensure operational excellence in service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum three years in recruitment or enrollment management
• Knowledge of academic advising and student development
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in CRM and standard office systems
