In this essential role, you will handle personnel changes, manage records, and ensure accurate data entry. Your bilingual skills will enhance communication with employees at all levels while supporting onboarding and training initiatives. You will also work collaboratively on projects ensuring timely and accurate personnel processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry for new hires and terminations
• Review change requests for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientations
• Compile personnel data and prepare detailed reports
Requirements:
• Associate's degree in Business Management or related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid driver's license may be required
• Strong attention to detail in documentation
• Ability to work with various management levels
