Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end preboarding for new hires

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for smooth onboarding

• Provide support and proactive communication to new hires

• Track preboarding workflows in Service Now effectively

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of assistants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field

• 2-3 years of experience in employee lifecycle roles

• Strong attention to detail and service orientation

• Proven leadership capabilities in high-volume environments

• Familiarity with onboarding processes for full-time and contractors
