As part of the Cloudbeds People Team, the HRBP Manager will play a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness while supporting the Customer Success and Onboarding divisions. Collaborating with senior leaders, you’ll provide strategic guidance to help build high-performing teams and resolve complex relations. This role demands acute analytical skills and a deep understanding of regional compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HRBP efforts for Customer Success & Onboarding

• Align people strategies with business needs

• Oversee leadership coaching and team development

• Manage confidential relations and performance actions

• Collaborate on engagement and inclusion initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience

• Familiarity with HR tools, especially Workday

• Strong ability to handle sensitive information

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
