With over 10 years of HR Generalist experience, you will navigate employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across the business

• Partner closely with the COO on organizational challenges

• Coach managers on performance and conflict resolution

• Oversee employee relations and ensure fair processes

• Build and develop the Talent & Culture team

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience

• 2+ years of people leadership expertise

• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations

• Deep knowledge of BC Employment Standards

• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
