Position: Human Resources Manager at Amrize
Elevate the workforce at Amrize as a Human Resources Manager. Your expertise in HR strategy and talent management will drive success across British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest.

In this strategic role, you'll partner with Aggregate and Construction Materials operations to meet business objectives. You will implement HR initiatives, manage talent recruitment, and oversee performance management cycles. Collaborating with management, you will also tackle employee relations and support broader corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement HR strategy for business results

• Manage talent recruitment and selection processes

• Oversee new hire onboarding and training

• Lead performance management cycles effectively

• Address employee relations and disciplinary actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

• 7-10 years of progressive HR generalist experience

• HR certification (CPHR) preferred

• Strong systems knowledge:
Microsoft Office, Success Factors

• Experience in unionized workplaces is advantageous
