Senior Advisor in Disability Management

Located in Surrey, BC, this position is a 12-month maternity leave coverage. We seek a strategic professional to enhance benefits, wellness, and disability management initiatives. You will work collaboratively with leadership and stakeholders to implement compliance-driven programs that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support benefits and disability management program administration

• Provide expertise on employee wellness and leave matters

• Coordinate enrollment processes and eligibility communications

• Partner with various internal teams to ensure program effectiveness

• Conduct research and benchmarking for program evaluation

Requirements:

• 5+ years in benefits administration or related fields

• Strong knowledge of Canadian benefits programs and regulations

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Professional designations like CPHR or CEBS are assets
