As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will lead HR strategies that support our construction and concessions segments. This role emphasizes compensation analysis, employee engagement, and collaboration with leadership to align talent with business objectives. Drive HR initiatives that foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and inclusivity, which are key values at Aecon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform compensation analysis and provide strategic recommendations
• Oversee employee disability management and case updates
• Support conflict resolution and positive employee relations
• Facilitate talent reviews and implement development programs
• Manage recruitment and headcount projections effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a related HR role
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office and SAP
• Proven ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
• Strong communication skills for diverse interactions
