Contract Recruiter for North America

Position: Prosci: Contract Recruiter for North America
Help shape teams at Prosci as a Contract Recruiter focused on the US and Canada. Utilize your recruiting expertise to drive a positive candidate journey and strategic hiring practices.

This contract role for approximately six months revolves around full life cycle recruiting. You will handle intake, sourcing, interviews, and candidate experience, working closely with HR Business Partners. Your ability to navigate US and Canadian recruiting landscapes will be crucial in maintaining compliance and exceptional candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruiting for designated requisitions

• Conduct intake sessions to align on hiring needs

• Source candidates through ATS, Linked In, and other channels

• Manage complex interviews and feedback sessions

• Facilitate offer discussions and preboarding activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of agency or in-house recruiting experience

• Comprehensive understanding of North American employment regulations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience handling multiple requisitions independently

• Comfort with AI in recruitment decision-making processes
