We’re searching for a strategic, people-focused, and forward-thinking Senior Manager, People Operations & Programs

Expected

Compensation

The expected hiring range for this role is $115,000 – $140,000, based on a 35-hour work week. Actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning strategy into action, leading high-impact programs, strengthening operational excellence, and finding smarter ways to support our employees and leaders.
