We’re searching for a strategic, people-focused, and forward-thinking Senior Manager, People Operations & Programs

The expected hiring range for this role is $115,000 – $140,000, based on a 35-hour work week. Actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning strategy into action, leading high-impact programs, strengthening operational excellence, and finding smarter ways to support our employees and leaders.

• You’re a strategic HR leader with 8 - 10 years of progressive experience and a track record of turning complex priorities into practical, high-impact solutions

• You bring strong program and project leadership skills, with the ability to bring structure to complex initiatives, align stakeholders, and move work from strategy through implementation and sustainable adoption
