This position reports to the Senior HR Manager, managing the full spectrum of recruitment responsibilities for both hourly and salaried roles. By partnering with site leaders, you'll develop targeted hiring strategies that reflect market conditions. Your expertise will support a variety of positions, ensuring a robust talent pipeline aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes effectively

• Develop tailored recruiting plans for open positions

• Implement sourcing strategies across multiple platforms

• Screen and interview candidates to ensure fit

• Maintain recruitment metrics and compliance standards

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of progressive recruiting experience

• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
