Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and assess job evaluations for accuracy
• Analyze job content and responsibilities through research
• Provide feedback on reclassification requests based on evaluation
• Support compensation surveys and market analysis
• Develop and implement compensation-related policies
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or similar
• 5 years of experience in compensation fields
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Understand collective agreements and evaluation methods
• Must obtain police security clearance
