In this player-coach role reporting straight to the Chief People Officer, you'll manage key initiatives involving employee lifecycle design, internal communication, and workplace culture enhancement. Collaborating with executive leadership, you'll ensure that every employee's journey is intentionally crafted, thereby reinforcing a strong sense of belonging and engagement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and improve employee journey phases from offer to exit

• Redesign onboarding experiences for impactful Day 1 interactions

• Initiate and develop recognition programs that promote engagement

• Manage internal communication strategy for clarity and effectiveness

• Enhance employer brand to create hiring momentum

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in culture or employee engagement

• Strong background in developing internal communication strategies

• Familiarity with data analysis for employee satisfaction

• Experience managing facilities and workplace environments

• Capability to influence senior leadership effectively
