A well-established, full-service law firm in the Fraser Valley is seeking a Junior Corporate & Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing corporate and real estate group. This role offers hands-on transactional work, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to manage files from start to finish within a collaborative team environment.

• Assist with and manage commercial real estate transactions and real estate development matters
• Support commercial lending and financing transactions
• Handle commercial and residential conveyances
• Work on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transaction documents
• Manage transactions independently from inception through closing

• 2-5 years of post-call experience in corporate and/or real estate law
• Experience with commercial real estate and transactional matters
• Ability to manage files with increasing autonomy
• Strong drafting, organizational, and time-management skills
• Practical, business-minded approach to legal problem-solving
• Interest in building a long-term practice within a collegial firm environment

• Competitive salary range of $103,000 - $125,000, depending on year of call and experience
• Reasonable 1,500 billable hour target
