A well-established, full-service law firm in the Fraser Valley is seeking a  Junior Corporate & Real Estate Solicitor  to join its growing corporate and real estate group.

This role offers hands-on transactional work, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to manage files from start to finish within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities   Assist with and manage commercial real estate transactions and real estate development matters
Support commercial lending and financing transactions
Handle commercial and residential conveyances
Work on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transaction documents
Manage transactions independently from inception through closing

Qualifications   2-5 years of post-call experience in corporate and/or real estate law

Experience with commercial real estate and transactional matters
Ability to manage files with increasing autonomy
Strong drafting, organizational, and time-management skills
Practical, business-minded approach to legal problem-solving
Interest in building a long-term practice within a collegial firm environment

What’s Offered   Competitive salary range of $103,000 - $125,000, depending on year of call and experience
Reasonable 1,500 billable hour target
