- Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years - Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year Tasks - Develop and manage programs and services
- Provide technical and professional advice
- Develop policies and procedures to implement programs
- Manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Negotiate business contracts
- Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations
- Order supplies and equipment
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
