As Gallery Director, you will manage operations while guiding innovative programming aligned with community and national standards. With a minimum of five years of progressive experience in cultural management, your leadership will drive both access and artistic excellence in the arts sector. Connecting with local, national artists, and other community stakeholders will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operations and strategic planning for excellence

• Supervise and mentor curators and programming staff

• Oversee fundraising and budget management activities

• Participate in promoting gallery initiatives and events

• Engage in city cultural planning and community outreach

Requirements:

• University degree in arts management or related discipline

• Five years of experience in cultural programming

• Knowledge of contemporary arts and community engagement

• Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams

• Valid BC driver’s license
