In this high-impact role, you will lead the Project Controls function within Engineering and Construction. Your focus will be on establishing best practices in cost forecasting, risk management, and performance assessment. You will empower your team to ensure that projects align with AFL's mission in modern connectivity and community growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish standard processes for cost and scheduling
• Lead governance and compliance for subcontractor financials
• Ensure cohesive schedule management across projects
• Create performance metrics and KPI dashboards
• Drive change management processes and risk forecasting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s preferred
• 7–10 years in Project Controls or related fields
• 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Experience with project management software
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills
