As the Training Manager, you will oversee the growth of the training department and mentor a dynamic team. Your main focus will be delivering comprehensive safety training and developing strong partnerships with schools and local businesses for collaborative success. Additionally, you will manage budgets and discover new revenue streams in equipment training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs for operators
• Manage training department budget and financial performance
• Cultivate relationships with schools and businesses
• Provide on-site training at customer jobsites
• Grow training department through identifying new opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in training or safety
• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Relevant training certifications including WHMIS and TDG
• Experience in related industries is an asset
